Bobbi J. Lohr, one of four daughters born to Bob and Alice (Pearson) Lindquist, was born on Dec. 21, 1961, in Garden Grove, California. Her father Bob was serving his country in the United States Navy and the family moved frequently until they settled in Odebolt.

Throughout her school years, Bobbi found joy in cheerleading. This passion continued to shine brightly as she could always be spotted in the stands, cheering on her children and grandchildren with unwavering enthusiasm.

On Nov. 14, 1981, Bobbi exchanged vows with her beloved, Keith A. Lohr, at her grandparents’ home in Lake City. They established their life together in Odebolt, where they raised their two sons, Brad and Kenneth.

To know Bobbi was a blessing. Her laughter could fill a room and brighten any day. She liked gardening, canning, and sharing the fruits of her labor. She also enjoyed shopping, bowling, music, and rooting on the Cowboys, Seahawks, and was an avid Hawkeyes fan. In the past, Bobbi assisted her father Bob before his passing in his upholstery business. The couple continued on his legacy of refurbishing/upholstering furniture up until present.

Staying connected with friends and family was very important to Bobbi. She was always thinking of others and would call weekly to check in to let them know she was thinking of them. Her golden heart, giving attitude, and laughter will truly be missed.

Left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband of 42 years, Keith Lohr of Odebolt; sons, Brad (Alicia) Lohr of Carroll, and  Kenneth (Hannah) Lohr of Cedar Rapids; grandchildren: Brayden, Bentyn, Piper, and Kyler; mother Alice Lindquist of Odebolt; sisters Cindy (Lance) Knight of Carroll; Sheri (Todd) Colby of Plankinton, South Dakota; and Mary (Kevin) Brett of Garden City, Utah; many nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.

Bobbi was preceded in death by her father Robert “Bob” Lindquist; nephews Cole Brett and Brandon Ketelsen; parents-in-law Gloria Olerich and Kenneth Lohr; aunts, uncles, maternal and paternal grandparents; and grandparents in-law.
